Refund policy

While we do not offer returns as NU/KE is a beverage item, we do offer a money back guarantee on your first order. If you're not completely satisfied with NU/KE after 30 days of your original order date, and after having tried NU/KE ice cold, we'll gladly refund your entire first order charge, no questions asked. Please note, this is a one time per customer offer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Pictures are needed within 24 hours of your order's indicated delivery time for us to be able to assist with any damage claim.

Refunds
If you are wanting your money back guarantee on your first order, or awaiting a damage claim refund, please note refunds take up to 3 to 5 business days to process with your card issuing bank. You will receive an automated email from support@nukehydration.com once your refund has been issued.
